Even after four years
of city life,
I still considered
myself a "country girl".

"Better Than Benji" Bong.
I adopted him in 1976 and
was his third or fourth owner.
We were inseparable for years.
Upon retirement, he decided
to move in with my parents
and lived the life of Reilly
to a ripe old age.
After moving to the country in
1978, Sunny, Cocoa's stable mate,
was given to me by my horse
buddy from high school.
